Multichain Rewards System

The multichain rewards system in Echo Of The Horizon (EOTH) operates by integrating web2 gameplay with web3 rewards. Here's a summary of how it works:

  1. Account Creation: Players create an EOTH game account by providing a username, password, and their desired wallet address for multiplayer play-to-earn activities. Email verification is also required for security.

  2. Rewards Dashboard: The same login credentials used for the game account are used to access the rewards dashboard, which exists outside the game as a decentralized application (dapp). The rewards dashboard is built on web3 technology and allows players to view and interact with their earned achievements, points, and in-game items (including NFTs) using a unique identifier or API.

  3. Claiming Rewards: When players want to claim their earned points, they have the option to select a specific blockchain or chain (for now BSC) on which they want to receive their rewards. They can choose from the available options provided by the rewards system.

  4. Token Withdrawal: After selecting the desired blockchain, players can initiate the "swap and withdraw" process within the rewards dashboard. This process enables the conversion of their accumulated points into EOTH tokens. The tokens are then securely transferred to the player's registered wallet address.

It's important to note that the game itself is built on web2 technology and is not directly connected to web3. However, the rewards system seamlessly facilitates the transfer of tokens from the web2 game environment to the player's wallet on the chosen blockchain. This approach allows players to earn points and in-game items within the web2 game, and then convert and withdraw those rewards as EOTH tokens on their preferred blockchain through the rewards dashboard. By combining web2 gameplay with web3 rewards, EOTH provides players with a seamless and user-friendly experience while leveraging the benefits of blockchain technology.
